Labelling steps

Candidates must comply with the legal obligations of their industry, especially in terms of hygiene, safety and accessibility for people with disabilities.

Throughout the process, they are accompanied by quality and environmental specialists from the Chamber of Commerce.

Establishments are awarded once they achieve a score of at least 85% following an external mystery audit conducted by an independent company (which has to be renewed every five years).

Establishments are checked on an ongoing basis through customer satisfaction surveys available on this website.
