Presentation of the approach

Since 2001, Chambers of Commerce of Normandy and the Normandy Region have provided human, financial and technical resources for the development of Normandie Qualité Tourisme.

Establishments voluntarily sign up for this scheme so as to make the best use of their facilities and to be identified by customers. It offers an external perspective to measure their performance thanks to the « quality » audit and « responsible tourism » diagnosis.

The certified establishments enjoy support, advice and tools, especially designed and dedicated to their industry. It enables them to optimize their services, to strengthen employees loyalty and improve their environmental and social performance.
